Blind at Bethsaida

The boat with Jesus and His disciples arrived on the shore near the village of Bethsaida. And some people brought to Jesus a blind man and begged Jesus to touch him. So, Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village. Then Jesus spit on the man’s eyes and placed His hands on the man. “Can you see anything?” He asked.

The man looked up and said, “I can see the people, but they look like trees walking around.”

Once again Jesus placed His hands on the man’s eyes, and when the man opened them his sight was restored, and the man could see everything clearly. Then Jesus sent the man home and said, “Do not go back into the village.”
