Jesus Continued Traveling, Healing, and Teaching

Then Jesus continued traveling throughout the towns and villages. And He continued teaching as He made His way toward Jerusalem.

Someone asked Jesus whether a few people would be saved. Jesus answered by teaching them whether to choose the wide gate or the narrow gate. His teaching was the same that He had taught on the mountainside by the Sea of Galilee.

At that very hour, some Pharisees came to Jesus to warn Him about Herod Antipas, tetrarch of Perea and Galilee. the Pharisees told Him, “Leave this place and get away because Herod wants to kill You.”

But Jesus replied, “Go tell that fox, ‘Look, I will keep driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach My goal.’ Nevertheless, I must keep going today and tomorrow and the next day, for it cannot be that a prophet should perish outside of Jerusalem.”
